We are DRIVEN, but ADAPTABLE. Strategic, but hands-on. Creative, But grounded in execution.
Our story
We built RAM Creative to be the kind of partner we always believed clients deserved—strategic, collaborative, and committed to creating experiences that authentically represent each client’s brand and objectives.
Our founders, Rachel Jochem and Adam Miller, bring 35 years of combined experience in events, retail, and marketing, including more than 20 years in fabrication, and have been working together for over a decade.
Their shared industry experience, operational synergy, and passion for the event industry allow RAM Creative to deliver expert event management and innovative design-build capabilities to every project.
WHAT’S IN A NAME?
The name RAM Creative is intentional. It’s built from our founders’ initials: Rachel Ann and Adam Miller.
A ram symbolizes strength, agility, and the ability to push through challenges with purpose.
It represents creativity backed by action and the drive to bring ideas to life in ways that are both impactful and achievable.
It’s also how we work:
Driven, but adaptable
Strategic, but hands-on
Creative, but grounded in execution
HOW WE SHOW UP FOR YOU
We take a highly personalized, hands-on approach—partnering closely with our clients to ensure every detail is aligned, every challenge is anticipated, and every outcome delivers.
By integrating design, fabrication, and logistics into one seamless process, we create environments that don’t just show up—they show up stronger and engage smarter.
There’s a lot that goes into executing a successful event, and we love managing the behind-the-scenes details and streamlining the process for our clients, helping reduce day-to-day pressure on internal teams so you can stay focused on results.
“Working with RAM Creative was a pleasure from start to finish. They immediately understood what we needed and delivered a clean and polished final product. The installation was easy to move and set up, which made our event day that much smoother. We’ll absolutely be working with them again.”
